Art Mail Club

by Shabazz Larkin

Art Mail Club is an offering of gratitude to my paid subscribers and collectors.

It’s a way for me to send art into the world without rushing it, optimizing it, or turning it into content. Every season of the year, I make something with my hands—drawings, prints, notes, small surprises—and send it through the mail to people who want to collect art as a physical experience again.

No feeds. No NFTs. No algorithms.
Just paper, ink and tears.

Yes, I cry on every piece of art I send.
(jk, but for reals, sometimes I do cry on my art)

Some mailings are visual.
Some are poetic.
Some are stupid.

Keep what you like, gift what you deem too weird.

What my newest collectors might get in their mailbox,

– Original art from Shabazz Larkin. Duh - said that.
– Occasional handwritten or personal poems on fancy paper. I want to inspire that ass.
– Limited-edition pieces made only for Art Mail Club. Cause you special.
– Mail sent at a human pace (at least once a quarter - sometimes more)

Why you doing all this, Shabazz?

The monks used to beg for their food, just so they had a chance to meet people and share their hearts. Art Mail Club is part of that - for me. This connects us, and gives me a chance to thank collectors and build some community.

Also—real talk—my artwork is expensive, and most people will never buy it. I still want you to have some.
